1. Who we are and what these terms cover

NY ATM Solutions is operated by MickeyValentineLLC, a business registered in New York, United States. These terms describe permitted use of our websites, including nyatms.com and atmplacers.com, our inquiry forms, product listings, calculators, and partner portal.

Please review these terms before using the website. If you do not agree, do not use the website. These website terms do not replace an ATM placement agreement, equipment order, processing agreement, maintenance agreement, or other written contract. If a signed agreement conflicts with these terms for a particular service, that agreement controls for that service, subject to applicable law.

2. ATM placement, sales, cash loading, and service

We help businesses in New York City, Long Island, and Westchester explore ATM placement, ATM purchases, transaction processing, cash loading, maintenance, and related services. Services may be performed by us or by independent ATM operators and service providers.

A website submission requests an evaluation or contact; it does not confirm approval, installation, a service appointment, a purchase, or a binding revenue-share arrangement. We may refer your inquiry to partner operators, who may contact you and offer their own terms.

Free ATM setup or placement is available only for qualifying locations under the applicable program and written agreement. Qualification, ownership, site access, electrical or connectivity requirements, cash-loading responsibility, maintenance, revenue share, fees, and any termination or removal obligations must be confirmed before you commit.

3. Quotes, revenue estimates, and availability

Revenue calculators, projected transaction volumes, pricing examples, response-time estimates, and other website statements are informational estimates, not guarantees of earnings, qualification, installation timing, uptime, or transaction volume. Actual results depend on factors including location, foot traffic, surcharge settings, transaction demand, costs, and the terms of your agreement.

Equipment stock, specifications, prices, and service availability may change. Confirm the final quote and applicable terms with us before ordering. Website information is not banking, investment, legal, or tax advice.

4. Orders, payments, cancellations, and warranties

Any equipment sale or paid service is subject to the accepted quote, order, invoice, and applicable agreement. Price, taxes, delivery, installation, deposits, cancellation, returns, and warranty terms must be confirmed as part of that transaction; this page does not create a universal refund or warranty policy.

Where an online payment or checkout link is available, payment may be handled by Square or another provider identified at checkout. Their applicable terms and privacy practices also apply. Do not send card numbers, PINs, bank account credentials, or other sensitive payment information through our general inquiry forms.

Nothing in these terms limits a refund, warranty, dispute, or other right that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

5. Your information and communications

Provide accurate information and submit business inquiries only when you are authorized to act for the business or location concerned. Do not submit information about another person without appropriate authority.

When you request information or service, we may contact you about that request using the details you provide, consistent with applicable law and any required consent. Submitting a general inquiry does not by itself enroll you in automated marketing text messages.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, retain, and share information, including sharing inquiries with partner ATM operators. If a confirmation or notification fails, do not assume an appointment or transaction has been confirmed; contact us directly.

6. Partner accounts and lead opportunities

Partner users must be at least 18, have authority to act for their business, keep account information accurate, and protect their login credentials. Approval, lead access, service-area matching, and continued participation are subject to our review.

Partner opportunities are not promises of exclusive leads, a minimum lead volume, successful installations, or revenue. An inquiry may be shared with more than one operator. Partner operators are responsible for their own qualifications, representations, contracts, conduct, and legal obligations.

Use lead details only to evaluate and respond to the relevant ATM opportunity. Do not resell lead lists, publish personal information, use it for unrelated marketing, or send unlawful or unwanted messages. We may restrict access for misuse or security concerns. Contact us to request account closure; retention of associated records is addressed in the Privacy Policy.

7. Acceptable use and website content

You may use the website for lawful business inquiries and ordinary informational purposes. Do not submit fraudulent requests, distribute malware, interfere with availability, bypass access controls, impersonate others, or collect personal information from the partner portal without authorization.

Website text, design, graphics, branding, and other materials belong to us or their respective owners. You may view and use the site for its intended purpose, but no broader intellectual-property license or endorsement by a manufacturer, bank, or payment network is implied.

8. Third parties, availability, and limitations

Third-party websites, payment services, equipment manufacturers, processors, and independent operators are governed by their own terms. A link does not guarantee their services or make us responsible for their independent acts.

To the extent permitted by law, the website and its general informational tools are provided as available, without a promise of uninterrupted access or error-free information. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses caused solely by use of this website to the extent such limits are lawful.

These limitations do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable statutory consumer rights, fraud, or gross negligence. Service-specific responsibilities and remedies remain governed by your applicable agreement and law.

9. New York law and updates

New York law governs these website terms, without displacing mandatory protections that apply to you. Disputes may be brought before courts with lawful jurisdiction unless an applicable signed agreement provides otherwise. These website terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or a class-action waiver.

We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new update date. Updates apply prospectively and do not silently amend an existing signed service agreement. Any legally required notice or consent will still be required.
