Will my location qualify for a free ATM placement?
Traffic volume and location type determine eligibility. Busy hotels, gas stations, convenience stores, bars, and nightclubs typically qualify. Contact us and tell us about your location — we can usually assess within 24 hours.
Do I have to buy the ATM?
No. Under our Full-Service program, we own, purchase, and maintain the ATM at zero cost to you. If you choose to purchase the machine yourself, you keep 100% of surcharge revenue (you just pay for processing).
Who loads the cash?
We do by default under the Full-Service program. We monitor cash levels remotely and our team refills the machine before it runs out. If you prefer to load it yourself, we offer the Merchant Cash Loading program with a higher revenue share.
What is the revenue share?
The split is negotiated for each location and depends on who loads the cash, who owns the machine, and transaction volume. Locations that load their own cash earn a higher share; owning the machine outright means you keep 100% of surcharge revenue. Tell us about your location and we'll quote a split.
What do I need to connect the ATM?
Just a standard 110V electrical outlet. Our ATMs use secure wireless cellular connections — no phone line or internet required.
What if the machine breaks down?
We handle all maintenance and repairs. If the machine goes down, we dispatch a technician — usually the same day. You have access to 24/7 tech support.
When and how do I get paid?
We calculate your revenue share at the end of every month and send a direct deposit along with a detailed transaction statement.
Can I see transaction reports?
Yes. You will have access to online transaction reports so you can see exactly how many transactions the machine is doing and verify your payout.
