When a location no longer needs an ATM, or when you're switching providers and the old machine has to go, removal is one of those tasks nobody wants to deal with. We handle the full removal: scheduling with your current provider, safely uninstalling the unit, hauling it away, and recycling or refurbishing the hardware appropriately.
Removal is often coordinated alongside a new install — we'll pull the old one out and put a new one in the same visit so the location is never without service.

Switching providers without downtime
Most of our removals are part of a provider switch. We schedule the swap during off-peak hours, pull the old ATM, and install the new unit in the same visit. Customers see no service gap and you don't sit through awkward conversations with the outgoing provider.
What happens to the old machine
Removed machines are evaluated for refurbishment or responsible disposal. Components that can be reused (cassettes, dispensers, lock kits) are harvested and the chassis is recycled per electronics waste guidance.

Yes. We routinely remove machines placed by other providers, including coordinating final cash settlement and contract close-out with the outgoing operator.
Is there a fee for ATM removal?
When removal is paired with a new install through us, removal is typically included at no charge. Standalone removals are billed at a flat trip rate.
How quickly can you schedule a removal?
Most removals can be scheduled within one to two weeks. For provider-switch removals tied to a new install, we work to a same-visit schedule.
