Cash loading is the single most important operational task in running an ATM. An empty machine is a frustrated customer and a missed transaction. We offer two cash loading paths: fully managed, where we handle every refill, or merchant-load, where you load your own cash for a higher revenue share.
Either way, balances are monitored remotely, refills are scheduled before the machine runs dry, and reconciliation is automated against transaction logs.
Fully managed cash loading
Under the Full-Service program, we handle the entire cash supply chain. You don't touch the machine and you don't deal with armored vendors.

Merchant cash loading
If you'd rather load your own cash and keep a larger share of the surcharge, the Merchant Cash Loading program is the right fit. You buy the float from your bank, load the cassettes, and we settle the surcharge revenue to your account. Reporting is identical to the managed program — you just supply the cash.
Emergency and one-off fills
We also handle one-off emergency fills — pre-event for venues, holiday weekends for convenience stores, surprise tournaments at smoke shops. Request an emergency fill and we'll get it scheduled the same business day where possible.

How often does my ATM need to be refilled?
It depends on your daily transaction count and the average withdrawal. Most retail locations are refilled every 2–4 weeks. High-volume nightlife and venue locations can be weekly or twice weekly.
What if my ATM runs out of cash unexpectedly?
Remote balance monitoring should prevent that under our managed program. If it does happen, request an emergency fill and we'll dispatch the same business day where possible.
Can I load my own cash?
Yes — that's the Merchant Cash Loading program. You buy the float, you load the cassettes, you keep a larger share of the surcharge revenue.
