ATM Sales — Buy Your Own Machine

New and certified refurbished ATMs from Nautilus Hyosung, Genmega, and Triton. Delivered, installed, and connected to processing.

Buying your own ATM makes sense when you have a high-volume location and want to keep 100% of the surcharge revenue. We sell the full range of modern retail ATMs at wholesale-tier pricing — new and certified refurbished — and we install, configure, and connect them to processing as part of the purchase.

Ownership comes with responsibility (cash loading, basic upkeep, and replacement parts), but for the right location the economics are excellent and the payback period is short.

Models we sell

We carry the machines that work in real-world retail environments. Each comes with EMV-compliant firmware, manufacturer warranty, and our installation and processing setup.

  • Nautilus Hyosung Halo II — best-in-class through-the-wall and free-standing.
  • Genmega Onyx — modern interface, low total cost of ownership.
  • Genmega G2500 — value-priced workhorse for retail.
  • Triton RL5000 Countertop — small footprint for tight retail or bar tops.
  • Through-wall and drive-up — for service stations and hotels.
  • Certified refurbished — like-new units at meaningful savings.

What's included with purchase

Every machine we sell ships with manufacturer warranty, our installation service, processor setup, EMV-compliant firmware, paper, key set, and signage. We can also pre-configure your surcharge amount and bank settlement information so the unit goes live the day we install it.

Financing and leasing

Outright purchase is the simplest path, but we also offer leasing for businesses that prefer a lower upfront cost. Lease terms are typically 24–48 months with a $1 buyout option at the end, depending on the model.

ATM Sales — FAQ

Why buy instead of taking a free placement?

Ownership pays back fastest at high-volume locations because you keep 100% of the surcharge. As a rule of thumb, locations doing 400+ transactions per month often net more on ownership; lower-volume locations usually do better on the free placement program.

How much does an ATM cost?

New retail ATMs typically run from around $2,200 for entry-level countertop units up to $5,500+ for full-feature free-standing models. Certified refurbished units can save 30–50% off new pricing.

Do you offer warranties?

All new machines carry the manufacturer warranty (typically two years on parts). Certified refurbished units carry a 90-day to one-year warranty depending on the model.
